Customer Update: Changes to your Hosting and Co-location graphing

Telstra are committed to supporting the latest devices in their monitoring platform. Due to the increased emergence of 64bit technologies, we are upgrading our Hosting and Co-location traffic statistics and graph-based reporting to support these enhanced services. The upgrade to 64bit-supported graphing will take place on 15/12/2010. When viewing your hosting or co-location graphs, you may notice some inconsistencies around this date and time. This will also affect graphs spanning week/month/year periods around this date. To view more useful information, please use the 'Fixed Dates' option in the 'from' and 'to' fields to view longer specific date ranges for traffic before 15/12/2010.
